
One of the most exciting parts of Learn Together Lowcountry is the workshops. For our first workshop featuring food, we welcomed Kelly McCombs, a senior instructor at USCB for Nutrition, Foods, Culture, and Management. Students experienced relevant nutrition education enhanced with a taste testing!
Kelly explained that the word “diet” isn’t a trick or a depressing word but rather a habit and a lifestyle.
